Swedish Massage Oil massage that combines different levels of pressure with long sweeping strokes, tapotement, stretching and pulling with the aim of deep relaxation. Ideal for reducing the symptoms of stress and anxiety.
Swedish massage can be adapted to encourage particular mood states; energising the body or creating a safe and steady holding space that stills the mind and allows the muscles to relax.
By targeting areas of discomfort directly, massage techniques are applied to ease pain. Deep tissue techniques, where firm pressure is applied using palms, forearms and elbows, can be incorporated into Swedish Massage, to tackle stubborn knots.

Thai Massage AKA Yoga for lazy people. is performed fully clothed on a padded floor mat. Palms, thumbs, feet and forearms are used to stimulate accupressure points on the body; working with rhythm and a slow flow to stimulate the movement of vital energy and leave you feeling balanced. Your limbs will be adjusted and joints mobilised in order to stretch target muscle groups and work connective tissue.

Through supported movement, Thai Massage conditions the body to feel safe and release stress. It grants you the bliss of savasana without you having to put in the effort of doing a yoga class.

A full Thai Massage treatment is an active mediation, typically lasting for two hours. Equally great for calming restless energy and lifting low moods, it will leave you feeling better connected to yourself.
